First, we'll hop on a call where I can learn more about your organization and your current challenges, goals, and focuses.

📝 Step 2: Exploratory quiz

After our call I'll send you a quiz to help me learn more about your different departments, your unique workflows, and your different goals and objectives. Depending on the size of your organization this quiz might be filled out by one person or different members of your team.

💡 Step 3: Initial suggestions

I'll then analyze the form responses and begin working on possible ways automation and AI can help your teams do more with less. At this point, I may ask some more questions to different team members via email, Teams, Slack, or Zoom.

📨 Step 4: Sharing my recommendations

After I've built out my suggestions I'll share them with you and your team. I'll then wait until you've had the time to review the ideas. After this, we'll have a call to discuss the next steps.

🛠 Step 5: Next steps call

On our call, you'll give your feedback on my suggestions. I'll then recommend next steps, which can include me helping with the building and implementation of the recommendations, or working with your internal teams to build them. I am also happy to offer training to your teams in building these solutions to help upskill your teams.
